Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

of the 7 or so dispensaries I've visited in CO and IL this is one of the ones I've liked better. Good variety of products, friendly and polite but not overbearing staff, not too terribly loud or bright or confusing for those of us with medical conditions that could be disorienting or distressing for those of us with certain medical conditions, actually clearly and easily wheelchair accessible, definitely will be coming back.

The people are really cordial, and knowledgeable about all of the products. Very welcoming !

My dislike is they don’t keep supplies updated. Example 14:1 tablets and you don’t have a lot of gummy‘s

They offer recreational and medical at this location as well as a medical monday discount. I enjoy coming here and they make the process smooth and easy. Of course i always pre-order, that helps to have a good system in place, which they do!

My to go guy Erick is always on point. Great place with great environment. Staff is phenomenal, always friendly. Great deals every week. Never feel rush when having a conversation with staff and above all security here greets you with a welcome smile great way to set the tone. Keep up

I love this place. Such nice staff. I originally visited the one down state on a hiking trip. but this one is in Chicago. As a med patient, I always have a smooth experience. Lots of variety and good specials too.

I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

But I bought my sister from Greenlight and she loves the customer service and happy atmosphere. Ive been coming here over 5 years and I feel pretty rough and the smiles on your faces are awsome! Stay cool always. They said it was bad. Whoever they are they slip through the drive through. I see you. Please dont be ashamed. Go inside at least once for the experience. I visited Levels in Niles for the first time on Thursday. I have been to many other dispos in Michiana, but none of them can match Levels in size and selection! I was immediately greeted and checked in by a friendly employee. I was then taken back to a HUGE sales floor! I mean, some of the other dispos entire buildings could fit inside of it! The walls are lined with TONS of deli style and prepackaged flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, etc. They have the largest selection of strains/products that I've seen in any dispo. They also had some glass pipes and rolling papers. The budtender I had (I *think* his name was Eric) was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to an awesome new strain! I got 25% off and two free pre rolls (that were actually decent) for being a first time customer. I will say that the regular prices might be slightly higher than the dispos in Constantine and Edwardsburg, but I will definitely be back to Levels whenever they have good deals.
