I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I don't know about their smoke but their clones have been top shelf. I still have the Huge Fat budded Elvis OG and a Lemon Kush I got there and I love them. They did a good clone selection. I wish I could get another Sweet Black Angel because that was pretty good. It had a nice tight bud with a delicious blackberry flavour with a decent effect. I was sad to see them stop offering clones since they have all been great and clean.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Very quaint and attractive venue with up and coming vibes. I’d love to see this establishment continue to flourish and grow. Great quality product and the bud tender, Brandy was very informative and willing to educate me. Will definitely shop with them again.

My favorite dispo hands down. I drive nearly 2 hours for them and I am never disappointed. They are always quick to mend a problem if there is one (forgot to grab my wax but held one for me the next time I came in) love the place! I dont want them to open up for rec though, keep that wonderful flower for medical patients only ;)

I am a elderly woman who has trouble with sleep. Thanks to Jocylyn's recommendation I purchased CannabisPM cherry flavor. I'm appreciative of Jocylyn -- I liked the gummies so much 4 days later I went back and purchased two more packets from her.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.
