Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. First time going to this Flower Bowl, I always go to the location on Michigan Ave. There is a couple of things right away I like about this location. First thing is, it’s way more spacious than the other one. Second, it’s not located on a dirt road and has a paved parking lot. And, just like the other location, they have a great selection and awesome prices. I’m happy this location opened.

We did not visit thw store. Our experience was online and delivery, which was a really really professional and just a great experience from beginning to end. Quality was excellant. Looking forward to visiting sometime soon

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. I told him the strains I was looking for and a bit about my tolerance and I left with everything I was looking for. Beautiful store, and even more beautiful people. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and for helping me feel like I didn’t have a reason to be embarrassed! I will absolutely be back any time in im town!
