I'm more of a concentrate guy which is why I shop here. They carry high quality BHO with true COA's to back them up. Plenty of flavors and consistency. I just wish they had shatter! Their flower selection is massive and it always smells lovely when I walk in!

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

I like that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet which puts me more at ease. Some stores are very loud and it makes it hard for me to function well. They are always considerate of what you need. They make you feel valued.

This place is the best. Safest selection and environment and very female friendly (meaning it’s bright warm and open, not like those hole in the wall dark places where the employees stare you the whole time you’re there) great staff that care about your well being and aren’t pushy at all. They give great discounts for first responders, military, and teachers too! Emerald is a diamond in the rough for sure.

I appreciate that this shop is slightly secluded in that it has a private parking lot, and is just on the out of town line in my opinion. Just makes it more discreet. The shop itself is cute, cozy without being crowded. Love the drive thru window!!!!! They said I could put my order in here and drive thru to pick up. AND get a discount! I love the mids, sativas. The budtender showed me several different options on different price levels. I was kept entertained by the two little dogs. It was clean, organized, easy to figure out prices and to navigate. Will be making this this spot! 10/10 would recommend.

Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! I love this place however it's false advertising here on leafy it says it's so high and THC and then you go by the product and it's way less than what it said on leafy with the percentage of the THC is and I have a high tolerance so I need the more THC so I always go for the higher tasty products so that was an impression that this was a certain amount of THC in it however when I bought the product and looked it was way way lower than what stated on leafy it was besides that great experience great way love this place and love leafys app
