Absolutely my favorite place to go, pretty good location, amazing customer service and amazing products with super fun deals, always my first recommendation.

First thing I said to my wife when I got back into the car was “I want some of what they had”. Everyone was super happy and polite While wearing smiles. The flower was the best I’ve had in the three years I’ve been using cannabis regularly. I tried the wedding pie first. The stench was beautiful and my brain instantly knew it was going to be a good day. To begin the day I only took a pinch to my glass pipe and I was instantly feeling its love. I walked around the yard looking at the buds on our trees and thought about out how beautiful everything is right now in spring. Then it hit me….. I did get some of what they had!!!!

The staff were very friendly the pick up process was a success! Look forward to going back again.

Great atmosphere. Super knowledgeable about their products. The strains are absolutely amazing and the prices can’t be beat on their tier 1. If you have the opportunity please try the Gelly biscuits strain it was just to good to be true.

I currently live in Missouri. I am originally from Lisbon Falls. that don't matter. what does, is that this dispensary was clean, orderly, with exceptionally friendly staff. the quality of products was good. I travel a lot and I can say, this is by far one of my favorites

I wish I could give then more then 5 stars for staff and atmosphere always have a great experience. I like to tip was told tonight they'd rather me buy more product for me then leave a tip. Amazing staff

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

Love the attention the customer is given to answer questions, for demonstrations and information regarding the products they are selling. The environment is fantastic and positive. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. Great experience! ... This is how a good business -- every business --should be run, and in the Puffin's case it is. Everything about my purchase was done smoothly and efficiently through online ordering (but paying in store upon delivery) ... and what Maine state law stipulates. They carry my favorite grower (zero gravity extracts) they always have a wide variety of their flower (cherry ghostanade in being my favorite) at very fair prices!
