The service I received from Thom today was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He informed me about the points, that I didn't even know I had, and how they could be used towards my purchase. I lefted there feeling great. Thom, is an asset there, and I'm truly grateful for his service. Plus, It was very nice for the Releaf Shop to give their customers, a free drink, on the hottest day of the week. I will be back. So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

This was my first time at this spot, I had a small issue, I came to buy 2 ounces and I could only buy one and I misunderstood them about the 20% discount. You have to join their rewards club. Super friendly great bartenders. I actually had two today cause I had to come back in to get another ounce as a rec patient. The budtender checking me out helped me with my 20% discount. I was able to leave with my two zips and I will absolutely be back. Like I said s super friendly and absolutely helped me as I live 30 miles away. They made it so I did not have to come back tomorrow. Thank you star buds.

The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

Mets DC was phenomenal. They had outstanding customer service and the hospitality there was out of this world. The owner was very nice to me. He attended me with nice attitude and served me with a smile on his face. The store is very clean. They offer fast weed delivery and their actual storefront is open, which is amazing nowadays in DC , I highly recommend checking out this dispensary without any disappointment 10/10

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

Best dispensary experience I've had in Hudson County. Budtenders were knowledgeable and friendly, products were top shelf, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in getting us the products that we want to see, not just what they can shovel out.

The scenery of this dispensary was eye candy. Richard was the best, he came to my help right away. Richard was able to answer all our questions quick and thoroughly, he gave me great suggestions and we had a fun but informative convo. Every visit is such a nice experience and thank you again to Richard for helping me out.

Great company; we use their downtown delivery service to get some of their premium weed, and we were amazed by the speed of the service and by the quality of the product. For me, they are the best weed delivery in NYC, good job.

This dispensary is 100% legit they have a wide variety of great products and prices. On top of that, they have a phenomenal staff1– I specifically worked with Sandy who was the best. She was very personable, friendly and solution oriented. She was able to assist me with my questions and I felt very informed and supported in my first purchase with them. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Ordered some prerolls for delivery. Delivery was a little delayed, but they gave me a phone call heads up about it. They even included a red envelope for Chinese New Year with a free disposable vape :D Definitely will be buying from here again.
