some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Solid products and flower. Budtenders are friendly and able to answer a lot of questions. New glass pieces and rigs are a nice addition. Lots of new stuff and rotating stock to keep it fresh! Definitely my top choice for dispensary in the area. Check them out!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Sweet Spot has both an excellent and knowledgeable staff. They are patient and answered all my questions. Their line of medical products is better than other dispensaries I have visited. Best of all, their prices on medical Tuesday are the best.

I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

1st time anywhere. Im 30mins away with much closer places. They are open till 9pm. It was fast and very easy although I didn't feel rushed. Clean inside. I was in and out in about 10-12 mins and thats with the new patent form. More selection at the shop then on the website. Both kinds I got were quality . The teir 1 I got looks better than the teir 2. Got a day supply on sale for $25 thats pretty banger. Overall good experence. I will return

LOVE this place!! Today was the anniversary of their opening. We go almost every Friday, but we're very happy the anniversary party landed today. The BVC boothe was amazing. One of their amazing staff designed stickers for different strains. Other amazing staff set up a make your own tie-dye shirt area, with BVC T's of course. The best part is the staff cares about you!!..Us, everyone...they want to help you out whether you are looking for a relaxing smoke or you need it for medical use. Blackstone literally changed my life for the better when I found them, I hope you all find them too! Thanks to the fantastic humans that are involved from start to finish at Blackstone Valley.
