My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

I had bought an 1/8 of what was supposed to be a hybrid and got it and it was an indica, Randy gave me a $20 credit to make up for it, I couldn’t use my credit because I didn’t have cash and was a little frustrated. I went and got money from my mom on cashapp and didn’t have enough because of the atm fee. Randy paid for my order and asled I return it when I get paid and said he just wants people to be happy and come back and doesn’t want no one to go without. He didn’t have to do that at all. Everyone there is kind, (prolly cause they smoke that Kind Tree I ifykyk) I thank him for making the experience better and helping me even thought I was frustrated. Dude deserves a raise!
