I had such a great experience at this dispensary! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They weren’t just helpful, they were patient, which really stood out to me. I had a few questions and they took their time explaining everything in detail. You can tell they’re truly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It made me feel confident in what I was purchasing and comfortable throughout the process. I ended up choosing the Buenos Dias – Chili Watermelon Gummies on their recommendation, and they did not disappoint!

It was a cool historic building and the closest shop the the national mall and the museums. The staff was welcoming and the selection of flower was great!

My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly!
