This place is off the hook. Worth the trip down cape. Love the atmosphere and the budtenders aren't just local stoners. They really know their product and which ones work for me.

All of your product is super clean and very smoothe. Each variety offers a unique and distinct quality that is rarely found. The Slurricane was exceptional as proven by the awards it's won. My friend described it as an instant trip to outer space. The Grapefruit Zushie was the most incredible weed I've tasted since the Sage the year it won The Cannabis Cup. It smelled like grapefruit and the extreme high was as distinct as its scent. It combined the potency of the Slurricane with the subtlety of the Blueberry/Cherry. The London Pound Mints also offered the same quality of a clearheaded and motivational experience as the Grapefruit Zushies and Oh-Asis. The 22 Fumez is my favorite because it doesn't mess around. I like it because you suggested it for me to try and it was spot on to what I need to calm me down. Marijuanna makes me buzz around like a hummingbird and I appreciate when something really combines well with my unique receptors. Thank you for providing a unique service. As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Fantastic dispensary, they have a wide variety of products and carry all of the growers in Connecticut. Their staff was friendly and helpful.

fav dispensary by far. first of all it looks REALLY cool in the lobby and in the shop. so i would recommend going even if it’s just to see the interior. The workers there are super helpful and recommend strains that will be best for you and help you find anything you need. i don’t feel embarrassed to ask questions and they are super patient. i love the packaging and quality of the products as well. the menus are up on screens in large print so it’s easy to see. i would definitely recommend especially to someone who is just starting to buy from dispensaries.

Great customer service and great flower! Order got screwed up (not Exhale fault) and the next day they called and apologized and sent my order with some goodies and a huge discount.

Everyone there is super nice, and the prices are amazing. Compared to any of the other stores I've tried, this place doesn't just feel like they're trying to sell you product. They take their time and ask questions, and are happy to answer the questions you might have. It's a super welcoming spot!

This is definitely the best dispensary on the island i highly recommend you guys check it out , staff is awsome and company is not only focused on them but on the clients as well , as they have a loyalty program you can use toward buying flower or many other things

I have worked in the cannabis feild for a very long time, so I have become super picky, "finicky" As you will. This place is like home as soon as you walk in. I will drive out of my way and past about 8 other dispensaries just to come here. The staff is so sweet,caring, great listeners, and full of so much knowledge. Its always heart warming to walk into a business where they remember your name, ask how your family/kids are doing and best of all once they get to know you and your style they will help you find new strains that work better then your normal "go to" I just cant say enough great things about this place. Its even amazing to see the owner working and greeting the customers aswell.

I have been on medical for 4 years and the botanist is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and they always help me get rewards and keep me updated on them!.this is my favorite place ever because their products are terrific and awsome staff there..I highly recommend
