The products are local and high quality, with a fantastic selection. The staff are quite pleasant and very helpful! There are a myriad of products from edibles to clones and the prices are tough to beat, especially with the generous discounts they offer. Also, us veterans enjoy a 20% discount all the time!

I’m a loyal customer. The service is always great and helpful if you need the help but also remember me and are just great.

I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

This was my first visit to a dispensary in PA since getting my medical card, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They took the time to educate me on the different products, explained the benefits clearly, and even introduced me to options I didn’t know were available to help treat my medical conditions. I’m really glad I stopped at this location and will definitely be shopping here again.

Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

This is my favorite pot shop on the west end of Allentown! They always treat us veterans very well. They have the best variety of products! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

I need to locate a certain strain - Green Crack, because it helps with the agony I have in my right hip from a major car accident in 2016. As the strain has been renamed, only this location has been able to get it under the name Passion Fruit. Close enough, and even on Pastrainfinder it is not listed. You need to check the menu to find it, and the staff here were exceptionally helpful. The quiet and individual attention to detail makes this location above the rest in this area. If you can find it, they have it, and usually at a better price. Good parking and well maintained. Only complaint is they are closed by 7pm, and most are open until 8PM. It is worth the schlep...

Awesome vibes, great quality product, knowledgeable staff,good prices, and a really amazing location. What an epic experience I had they have made a lifelong customer because of the atmosphere, and the outgoingness. I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.
