This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Everything about this place is the best, they have the best workers that are always so friendly and so excited to bring you in the right direction to show us all the varieties of options.

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.
