I have been shopping at beyond hello in Ardmore for a couple years it is the only dispensary I go to they have the best products and the staff is incredibly friendly and personable hands down best dispensary would recommend to anyone and everyone

Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. What a cool experience. I still feel a bit awkward openly walking into the store but I promise you, I'll get over it!!! I appreciate the over-the-top service starting right at the front door. Always pleasant and welcoming. And the same is true in the store. All my questions are answered according to my needs. I love it!! Thanks to everyone at the store.

I'm really beginning to hate their website it has become almost impossible to place an order ahead of time because the site keeps freezing up.

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

I love the bud. It is much a higher quality than I have had at other dispensaries in Philly. Also the service is tremendous. I will say Beyond/Hello locations are all great but the service at the Northern Liberties is noticeably better than at the other Philly locations. Finally I am always shazaming songs in the lobby. Great vibes. 12/10

From when I recd my card I shop nowhere else but Trulieve on 3rd and Packer in Philly. Has a parking lot. On line order are done quickly. Staff is great. I can't wait until you can have a lounge and cup a tea and a doobie on the premises would be awesome.

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

I love the website and store. People are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always order online ahead of time so my order is ready to pick up when I get there. By far my favorite stop.

I liked the blue dream, the one I didn't like were black maple, not Terpy. friendly awesome staff, you go in the first door to check in, they have a tablet to select your order, they have some accessories and bings available I didn't get a look on pricing. the security guard was friendly, everything is good
