The only dispo in Buckhannon so thats where I have to go. The staff is Always welcoming and knowledgeable. the product choices are quite limited so when new stuff comes in Its worth getting. Anytime I get the chance to goto weston I goto next level wellness. great menu to choose from. ALOT of good choices.

My experience there is awesome and friendly also is Deaf friendly too provides good customer service and good customer overall experience there I love going to this place because it’s closer to my home too

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!
