First impression, lobby is welcoming and open space unlike most lobbies, they have someone escort you and ask you what you are looking for vs the traditional walk in and fend for yourself route. They have this amazing selfie wall and the displays gives Kay jewelers vibes but over all clean and fair prices in every categories.

I've been to other shops and nothing feels more natural to me than the old school headshop feel I get here. The ability to actually look at more than 1 nug before committing to the buy is a big + for me as well. Other shops feel like a best buy our apple store in my opinion

Everytime I come back the strains are new and exotic. I come once a week and this dispensary has the best products and variety along with speed on wait times. the staff is all very sweet and knowledgeable and everyone is handsome with good energy.

I feel like a walking commercial for how much I love this place. I found out about Pharmhouse by their involvement in bettering my neighborhood. They even go to neighborhood community meetings to see where they can help out! That’s why I’m more than happy to give back to them by purchasing their products. Their weed is high quality, the pricing is great, the staff is helpful and welcoming, and they have a pretty good selection of products to choose from. They have something for everyone, from lightweight to smoke yourself stupid. They also have a website that you can browse and order products to pick which helps with my social anxiety. Even curbside drop off. You can even choose a pick up time that works best for you. Pricing is also excellent! Due to their involvement in my community, I will be a long time patron. I stopped in Endo for the first time cause they are known to carry the best bud available in the state. I was not disappointed at all! Staff is amazing and know what they are talking about. I wa directed to glacier cannabis and tried the top of the line twin peaks and polar pack plus pre packed 1/8th . Twin peak of blast chiller was just phenomenal two buds weighed over a quarter ounce frost dank and strong. Top of the line. Then polar pack was a half ounce and it only had 5 nugs on the container frosty fresh dank and amazing. Then the 1/8th pre packed of Maui Wowie. Now I have been looking for this one for years in Michigan and glacier hit it out of the park. Mango sweet with a sour taste as well absolutely amazing only two nugs in the pre pack and the bud was the same sticky dense and frosty as all of get up. Endo has so many different variety they definitely know good bud this glacier cannabis flower was amazing and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!
