Overall, this is my go-to favorite dispensary in this area. Most of their selection is high quality for a decent price. Fridays are 30% off all flower, so that’s my favorite time to go. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and can guide you in the right direction. They also offer to help you safely get to your car if it’s later in the day, especially because they’re open until 8 PM 7 days a week. All the staff is welcoming whether you’re new or a regular.

I liked the blue dream, the one I didn't like were black maple, not Terpy. friendly awesome staff, you go in the first door to check in, they have a tablet to select your order, they have some accessories and bings available I didn't get a look on pricing. the security guard was friendly, everything is good

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Kay the Budtender and every employee there were super positive and had a great vibe. Atmosphere is awesome and the deals were great.

Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!

I stumbled upon The Landing Dispensary by accident while visiting The Shangri-La dispensary nearby—and I’m so glad I did! After looking them up, I realized their product selection is far superior to Shangri-La, where I originally intended to visit. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. A special shoutout to Brian, who assisted me during my last visit. He was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It discreetly, but conveniently located off the main streets by the Walmart Superstore. The prices are ridiculous, but in line with the rest of the dispensaries. You can phone your order in for pickup, OR you can just go shopping. People have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. I hope you are able to update the site with the more current information. I was going to check out the other “local” dispensaries, but after reading the other reviews, I probably will keep going here for my herbal shopping needs

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! I almost didn't believe that it could be this easy to get a product that not only is it quality but bypasses the stress of having to obtain it from somebody or someplace that is not monitored or regulated quality control. Besides the simple ordering process online, the quick pickup in store the safe security that is there to make everybody feel safe.And of course, the wonderful staff that are always pleasant to be around. The store is very clean.They offer accessories and odoring stations. The only thing I would recommend is a membership or promotional goodies for return clients and not just medical clients.
