I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

I did have to wait but since I ordered online it was super quick once it was my turn.

I have ptsd and anxiety issues and the staff have been nothing but respectful and helpful ! they have answered any questions and concerns I've had and have even got me started on right path with my own garden !! the medicine quality has been some of the best in town !!

I love Dakota Herb! The feel good Friday makes it affordable also. You can not beat the price on Friday and the flower has always been good. Nice friendly staff and the flower is not all sealed in containers so you can see and smell it.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. From the service to the people, everything about it is wonderful.

These guys were late to the game but they have got things up and running nicely. Great selection. Very competitive prices. And the staff are all as nice as ice on a hot day.

Since I've been coming to the store big buds, I've really enjoyed it. The people are nice, their understanding. They're very educated. They do explain things to you which I found that in this door but not all others they act like, you know, they don't want to talk to you. And they echo, like, it hurts them to explain something to you. I had a bad experience with a few, and I 'm not going. I'm to do that again.

Great atmosphere, awesome selection of CBD strains from flower to wax, crumble, and even some hash. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They also have CBD infused honey, oils, bath bombs and cartridges.

The owner here is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I love that she gives me realistic and honest expectations of what to expect from certain products, since I’m coming to SD from a different state with a much more established medical cannabis market. I’ve been really pleased with the quality so far and have found a few new strains I really like because of her recommendations. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, she will steer you in the right direction!

I like that is 7 minutes away from my home plus the schedule till midnight make it easier if you forget to buy early and that place it is very well located at 11 pm that place was lit people actively buying. A little loud but I guess it was the end of the shift so no big deal about it I will be doing the same.
