Stopped by this dispensary today and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The selection was impressive, everything was well organized, and the recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and professional, which made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about customer experience and quality products. Definitely one of the best dispensary visits I’ve had in a while — I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great visit. Have been all over the country visiting multiple dispos, talked to hundreds of bud tenders. This visit was with the best yet. Garrett is a deeply erudite guy who can answer any question you throw at him. Very intelligent!! This guy deserves a corporate spokesman position.

This is honestly one of the best hemp shops in DFW. Pat and Abby are amazing, as are Tracy and the others. Very welcoming, very friendly AND they're all VERY knowledgeable... They're terpene nerds, and just all-around, genuinely decent folks. I always buy my Friday Flower here. Their "Grape Fanta" absolutely nukes my current world events anxiety for a few hours. And their Purple Haze (if they ever do another batch), COMPLETELY held up to the vibe of the song! Absolutely would recommend!

PP has some of the freshest products available online. Have been a consistent customers for a while now. Cristin prepares and ships order fast and accurate. Orders have been arriving in 4 days or less. Shipping use to be free but now $8, from free to $8 quite a jump with no notification and believe it or not, it takes longer for shipping. As much as I have enjoyed PP products shipping is far to expensive and I have found another dispensary that still charges shipping but for almost half of PP and product and prices are just as fresh. So unfortunately I guess I have to say goodbye to PP. LOVE YA MAN!!!!!! I would recommend but ….

Everyone is so friendly there! Sara, Tiffiany, and Brian are so helpful and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. First dab is free btw! I am now an active regular and I not only enjoy the new store but I love interacting with the employees. Go check them out if you’re in Chattanooga! If ordering online, these people know what they’re doing when it comes to CBD. I live with chronic pain and this is a daily staple in my life. Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Life long smoker, I have been all over the country and tried tons of products along the way. This flower will stand toe to toe with any other flower out there. The employees additionally know what they are talking about which makes for a great experience.

Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband!
