Just wanted to give a shout out to Noel because she always does an excellent job providing great customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products. She also informed me about a few strains and edibles that would help with my knee pain!! Also another shout out to Corey who did an excellent job as well informing me about the new products and their effects!! This is the BEST DISPENSARY IN THE CITY PERIOD!! I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

One of the best local shops in the NC area, if you ask me. Very informative and friendly people--and consistently good bud! I've yet to use the lounge, but I'm looking forward to the day where I can get a good gang of friends around for a good sesh. Thank you for all your hard work and services!
