This is my go to dispensary. Everyone is always so friendly and customer service is top notch.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Noel because she always does an excellent job providing great customer service! Very knowledgeable about the products. She also informed me about a few strains and edibles that would help with my knee pain!! Also another shout out to Corey who did an excellent job as well informing me about the new products and their effects!! This is the BEST DISPENSARY IN THE CITY PERIOD!! I haven't been to the Moberly location in a while and decided to try them out again. I first noticed the all new staff, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. The new staff are what this location needed from Management down. Everyone was welcoming and inviting and knew their products are were able to answer questions. It was like going to different dispensary than before. I will be back again. Great improvement Green Releaf Moberly!!

Ellie was outstanding. She listened to what I was looking for & made great suggestions. She made a great suggestion for product they were out of also. FTE has really great bud tenders. I'm always satisfied.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

Gal who helped me (ugh, can't remember her name; sorry. [Petite redhead]), was super friendly and shared her experience and recommendation regarding my purchase. She was very friendly and genuine. I will definitely return to that location as long as they continue to employ folks like her. -Mike

Super clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, above-and-beyond customer service, and they're super patient and kind. Only had a line one time that I've been there, but it moved quickly, and there is a steady stream of people coming and going. Staff were excellent helping me find the strains I wanted to get the effects I needed, as well as taking the time to explain all the details, like how to use each product, which terpenes did what, the process the different concentrates are made by, and really took the time with me to make sure I had the best possible products for my individual needs while keeping it all in my budget. This is my go-to store, and I'm really strong about supporting good businesses and good customer service, so I won't go anywhere else. They even keep your history and notes in their computers about prior purchases, preferences, and needs. Really on top of the game there. Having Happy Cloud right next door is icing on the cake- same company, same amazing service, and they will hook you up with all the supplies you need, from wraps to vapes to rigs. They also sell a lot of work from local artists and I prefer to support my community businesses anytime I can over faceless mega corps.
