I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.

Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

Same products I've found around town, at considerably better prices. The in store selection far surpassed the online offerings, so stop in and ask. Nicole was very welcoming and had great recommendations for some pre rolls. From one budtender to another, thanx.

I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

The staff is always so patient, kind, and helpful! They are always willing to answer my questions and seem knowledgeable about the products.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! My boyfriend and I picked up our Judges kits today for Cannabis Cup. They did a great job keeping everyone informed. Quite the crowd and everyone was enjoying their time while in line.

I moved back to the state for legal flower. As I read the reviews I have one request to all that are dissatisfied. Move states. There are states where (street weed) is what one buys illegally. At Greenlight whatever one purchases is clean. I buy flower. From the seed to me it is regulated. I moved here for a safe high. But then again I came from a state where one buys what's on the street. Thanks to Greenlight I have the pleasure of a safe high. I am thankful.
