Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! Thank you so so much I appreciate the kindness and the nice man for all his help! Flora farms is the place to go!! I always recommend flora farms to everyone!! Thank you again for all your help!!

Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.

I absolutely love the fact that they know my name. They know exactly what I need and usually have it ready for me pretty fast. When it came to changing products, they knew exactly what their products were and what I was looking for, so I didn’t even have to search or do much research. I love the fact that their glassware is 25% off. I got me a gorgeous little pink one I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs to go to a dispensary, a medical dispensary.

I took advantage of an incredible sale through Leafly for an ounce of high quality flower for $80. It was ready for me as soon as I walked in in a sealed airtight zip lock package. The budtender asked for 80 dollars,tax was included which also stunned me. Fantastic deal.Then the budtender said wait, there's more, here's your free preroll! So I got an ounce of wonderful flower and a preroll for $80, even more stunning. Thank you, I will be back!

It seems like a pretty nice place, there was a pretty good selection to choose from and not the worst prices. First time patient discount is nice too. I’ll probably be back, though I’m more of a “where can I buy the specific strain I’m looking for” type of shopper and not a “what strains are currently available at the store I’m at” kind of shopper. Even so, I do have a small handful of places I tend to come back to. Glad I finally tried out Mango, it’s been recommended to me a few times.

Love coming in, great herb, atmosphere and workers. Only downside is your online menu for this locations gone!

Had the best help at mango today earlier today I went in. I had lost my card and I couldn’t pull it up on my phone so this young man helped me told me who to Contact give me the number just a fantastic job so I did find my card and I went in this evening and this wonderful young lady helped me she was fantastic. What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

Stopped by this dispensary today and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The selection was impressive, everything was well organized, and the recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and professional, which made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about customer experience and quality products.
