The budtender was not customer friendly git to the counter he walked away then asked "what you want " talked with store Manager and was very pleased with him. ill be back of course. I guess he was having a bad day.

Friendly and educated atmosphere! I am new to the dispensary world and I was taught about all of the products I was interested in during my visit which made my choosing process easier. Also the store has a wide variety of products. Glad to see Greenwood, MS expanding!

Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. The Flower and Concentrate selection is top notch. Not dissimilar to the experience of a traditional dispensary in Cali. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My favorite dispensary. If you're going to a dispensary for the first time or anytime, this one won't disappoint. Very chill, and friendly budtenders. They're very patient and don't assume you know what you want when you first get there. The atmosphere of the place is very calming and reassuring. Great place in and out. Gotta love the plant!
