Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

Thanks to my lovely wellness advisor, Margaret, I had the best experience tonight at the Sunnyside on Clark St. Margaret was extremely knowledgeable on all products and accessories, and was so genuinely helpful with making sure my order was the best it could be. Very clean and nice set up! I was very impressed that they had so many accessible button/battery operated doors. The people there were lovely and it was great for my first time at any place like this, will be returning for sure :)

Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I’ll definitely be back!

Owners are wonderful, are very knowledgeable about the different effects from the different strand that they have also very acknowledge in general about THC. Very chill environments, great vibes ,great products.
