Great people at this location will definitely be coming back there the only thing I don’t like is the limit we’re all put on cuz it’s hard to find that good strain I’m looking for when I constantly run out of grams every month need to take the limit off it an it will be so much more better an stay growing hydroponics also!!!!!

I recently purchased a sour tangie cartridge while it gets you extremely messed up with a nice happy, creative high the taste leaves a lot to be desired. If the name indicates a tangerine flavor I didn't notice it on inhaling or exhaling at all. It tasted, to me, a bit on the mediocre side. But it manages get you extremely high.

Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

They offer recreational and medical at this location as well as a medical monday discount. I enjoy coming here and they make the process smooth and easy. Of course i always pre-order, that helps to have a good system in place, which they do!

I loved the atmosphere of Sociale! from the second you are greeted by the security they are all incredibly kind. I have had the best times with Jeremy who works there! He is the BEST! and truly looks out for the customer :) i’ve been a pretty frequent buyer and since they opened I will not change dispensaries! they are the absolute best!!

Love the atmosphere of this store - variety of product, merch and accessories. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, close to the city center - I'll be back!

Great selection and convenient to shop at. Staff was helpful and warned me about a reward program which gave me a 10% discount on my order. Will def shop here again.

My dislike is they don’t keep supplies updated. Example 14:1 tablets and you don’t have a lot of gummy‘s

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. They have without a doubt the best selection of flower, vape, concentrate and their customer service is great. The budtenders were very knowledgeable.

I love this place. Such nice staff. I originally visited the one down state on a hiking trip. but this one is in Chicago. As a med patient, I always have a smooth experience. Lots of variety and good specials too.

Sunnyside is my go-to and Jerusalem is my #1 budtender. They are well-informed, professional, kind and patient with a great senses of humor and infectious laugh. I can't even guess how much time they spent with me figuring out my needs the first time I went there. And I never felt rushed. I came in this evening and Patty and Cindy working they both were helping me out very nice and helpful. Patty rang me up and let me know I had a $5 off that was aussum she saved me 5 bucks.
