The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

I love the staff they treat you right , and there is always a alot of great options.

So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

The service I received from Thom today was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He informed me about the points, that I didn't even know I had, and how they could be used towards my purchase. I lefted there feeling great. Thom, is an asset there, and I'm truly grateful for his service. Plus, It was very nice for the Releaf Shop to give their customers, a free drink, on the hottest day of the week. I will be back. This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

Mets DC was phenomenal. They had outstanding customer service and the hospitality there was out of this world. The owner was very nice to me. He attended me with nice attitude and served me with a smile on his face. The store is very clean. They offer fast weed delivery and their actual storefront is open, which is amazing nowadays in DC , I highly recommend checking out this dispensary without any disappointment 10/10

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

I came here for a very specific strain and through conversation was made aware of their own strains. Seeing the passion from the employees and owner was enough for me to try something of theirs. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I tried their hash face strain and it was perfect. It was a nice clean high and even uplifting at times. I will be back to this hidden gem in the very near future. Thank you to Karl with a K and James for the outstanding service.

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

This is by far the most professional dispensary I've ever visited. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, friendly staff, clean environment. Dino provided an exceptional customer service experience. I would HIGHly recommend Exit 31 Exotic. Top notch quality.

Major bloom has the best products and services. I've been getting most of my products there because they are knowledgeable about their products and give the best recommendations. Recommended them to my friends and they are regular customers now.

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Baja Splash strain has a very fruity smell and taste. It has a nice easy draw. You ease into your high...it doesn't hit you in the head, lol. It's a very heady high. I was giggly at first then very chill. It's a nice choice for hanging out with friends. It also helped my chronic pain.

Super clean and has a great selection of products! Ricky is great with customers, he's very sweet and makes it clear that he's there to help take care of you. Haven't met others behind the desk yet, but definitely recommend the place!
