This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.

The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)

Best place, I work in the industry in the past directly with plants and now strictly in fertigation\irrigation. The sights I've seen at multi state corporate cannabis is concerning. I admire Mark's drive to help heal. My saying is that even people who just use cannabis to "get high" are still getting the medicinal benefits. The quality is always great regardless of the tiers. And the ability for all to find a price point that can help them. The staff are amazing, keeping true to what "customer service" used to be. They're all passionate about what they do and take pride in helping others. So grateful they're around and able to visit from another state. ME's reciprocity is sacred to the true American spirit, impactful and important.

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. This company delivers to a wide area of the Adirondack Mountains and in Plattsburgh, Peru and a lot of others places in the North Country. Their web site is good and they have NY Licensed products. My favorite is the solventless rosin gummies pineapple flavor.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Great atmosphere. Super knowledgeable about their products. The strains are absolutely amazing and the prices can’t be beat on their tier 1. If you have the opportunity please try the Gelly biscuits strain it was just to good to be true.
