This is my preferred dispensary. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The two shop dogs are awesome as well! Earth Keeper has lots of variety, you're guaranteed to find something you enjoy. I also love that I can trust that everything is grown organically. No nasty chemicals!

Not only are they offering free meds cards but their product is great quality, their staff are absolutely amazing, will go above and beyond to help steer you in the right direction of whatever could possibly work best for your needs. This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

Yo, I gotta drop a fat 5-star review for this cannabis delivery dispensary in Winston-Salem, NC, ’cause they’re straight-up killin’ it! First off, their menu is stacked with all the fire strains—sativas, indicas, hybrids, you name it, they got that good good. I ordered some of that dank OG Kush, and let me tell ya, it hit like a freight train, smooth and chill.

It's basically state "boring weed."
