You can tell she’s very knowledgeable about the products she carries, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. love the staff and atmosphere. I'm really writing to ask the folks at Matter what's going on with the capsules and highest thc concentration tincture (blue). Many customers rely on these for pain management. The capsules are particularly potent and perfect for many to get through a whole day. The problem is they don’t communicate with the staff at Verilife so they're not sure what's going on. we heard the machine broke and they're waiting on a part. That said, being medical, why are we not treated like this is important medicine? If there was a shortage of insulin we'd hear about it. And, the staff said they can't contact the folks at Matter.

Coming to Greengold is like visiting friends and family. First thing you notice is how clean it is. It even smells clean when you walk in . The product is amazing and I love the options: I particularly like the tinctures. That being said , what stands out the most Is the staff. The customer service is the beat around ,for sure. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are always smiling. The manager, Amanda is amazing and makes me feel comfortable asking questions and always makes time for me. I see the way she interacts with her staff and wonder, is that what makes everyone so happy here? She is always friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great place but a little disappointed after driving 45 minutes to find they wouldn't honor what was on my invoice, saying 1 ounce was the limit. If so, they shouldn't have sent back the Leafly invoice showing my more ordered products if they weren't going to fill it all.

All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.
