I visited this RISE for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered online so all I needed to do was pay and pick it up. It was pretty busy the day I went so I really did not do any exploring. Juriel helped me at the counter. He helped me navigate AeroPay. He gave me a little discount. He was professional and friendly…everything you would imagine your store representative should be. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I thought that the products that I chose were great…I took the time to research the products based on their descriptions and reviews. Just a great experience all the way around.

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. I’d *highly* ;) recommend Beyond Hello.

very knowledgeable bud tenders. they can meet your needs with whatever you present - budget, symptom management, desired outcome, side effects you'd prefer to avoid. they can educate you on the terpenes and cannabinoids as you go, if you'd like. super friendly. they remember their regulars. good management. definitely recommend.

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. Have been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s been my dispensary of choice since! I used to go to Ayr in Woodbridge but hated their entrance ramp (given the right circumstances it could cause a multi vehicular collision), how they don’t prioritize medical patients (20 rec customers come in while 1 med patient waits 15+min), and how they’re music is booming (trying too hard to resemble a club). Bloc Somerset however, has very calm clean vibes. Not sterile like a doctor’s office, but designed tastefully. I love their online ordering system as it makes popping in and picking up a breeze. The staff is great and always lets you know your allotment, their rotation of discounts is also awesome! Best of all their location isn’t treacherous, very convenient parking.

They made it very easy from start to finish and gave me a 20% discount on my first time order….I’m over 65 and this helped a lot. I also got a defective ( go figure) disposable vape and they made it super easy to return it. Lots of product on the menu which is also a bonus…PA meds are still way too high……but they do run specials and I think they have a 10% discount for seniors~

Having been to quite a few dispensaries in Ohio this place was the best experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Having become acclimated to the drive-through mentality of Harmony Dispensary in Secaucus, I had no idea how neglected I was as a patient until I went to RISE in Bloomfield. After months of "medication," the edge that I was still on, and the well-hidden emotional exhaustion that I continued to feel, were immediately "act-knowledged," and diagnosed with a very knowledgeable expertise by the Staff at RISE Dispensary in Bloomfield. Thank you, Michael. My experience with both the Staff, and Management, will always be memorable for a number of reasons. I felt recognized, and applauded, as a very patient patient. Both times, I left feeling cared for, educated, and reassured.

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette.
