Frankie. Helped me find what I was looking for and it was on sale. He was eager to help me and talk about the stuff also. Definitely 10/10 customer service.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

Just had an amazing experience, with fantastic customer service from Chris. Dropping by felt like popping in to see friends. Good people.

I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!

Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !

This is the only dispensary I go too!!! I've been to them all and none compare! They have the absolute lowest prices and best deals, the staff is always friendly and fast. The place is spotless and they have the best hours too! Pretty sure they're open the latest in all of South Jersey!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a wonderful dispensary that has a great selection to choose from,great prices, and the staff is absolutely wonderful,and you feel very comfortable there,which is great!! They serve the best Breakwater carts and flower, for the money. They're the only Breakwater dispensary around, located behind the glassboro Shoprite, with a friendly staff, plenty of parking and never the long line waiting for your medicine. Keep up the good work:)

Best service in MD hands down they r always so nice and pleasant and quick. Even today it being July 1st and now everyone can come to the dispensary even without a medical card it made no difference at least for me I pulled up paid and got my medication it took not even 5 min and I got a swag bag with a bunch of awsome stuff thank u guys for everything! You guys are the best in my opinion!!!!

I've been here a few times & I have to day that my overall experiences have been really good. I prefer Verano flower & The Botanist always has a good selection from them to choose from. It is also located in the same town that I live in. I'll be coming here for a long time.

I go there on occasion. Usaully I go for one or two of my favorite buds with high THC levels, that I cant get anywhere else. The place is much better since its expantion. Bigger place, more staff, different staff, variety/lifestyle of staff, plenty of lighting, I have recommended this place to several ppl.

Repeat customer. After recreational sales began in Maryland, my two other former favorite dispensaries really struggled to accommodate the changes. One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.
