After traveling far and wide around the United States—frequenting dispensaries in places with enviable legislation… this is the best the High Country has to offer. Apotheca’s selection is as wide and varied as their knowledge. I’ve spoken to one of the employees on several occasions, and all of my questions are answered with an astonishing level of detail and confidence. One of the employees is a joy to chat with—I’ve not caught her name, but she has a pretty cool cowboy boot tattoo. If you’re in the area and considering a trip to a dispensary, you’d be very hard pressed to do better than Apotheca.

They carry my favorite grower (zero gravity extracts) they always have a wide variety of their flower (cherry ghostanade in being my favorite) at very fair prices!

This place is not like other dispensaries from the vibe to the freebies and colors. (Freebies meaning pizza Friday and free drinks) The atmosphere is out of this world. Never been to a dispensary that feels like a party walking in! I love the new location! The cloud wall is top tier too

Loved it here! The staff were so kind and helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The girl who checks your IDs when you first walk in was cheerful and she brightened up my day. The whole place is beautiful on the inside and CLEAN! And as a woman sometimes I feel intimidated going into dispensaries but Aroma Hill it wasn’t intimidating at all!! The service was so fast too, they had my products ready to go in a minute. Definitely will be coming back here from now on!

One of the best local shops in the NC area, if you ask me. Very informative and friendly people--and consistently good bud! I've yet to use the lounge, but I'm looking forward to the day where I can get a good gang of friends around for a good sesh. Thank you for all your hard work and services! These folks are great! So friendly and always running great specials. I use edibles and they have a great mix of gummies, chocolate and some really cool options like caramels, Peanut butter and baked goods. First class service and easy to get in and out.

Staff is ready to help but with zero pressure. I’ve been to approximately 20 shops between this place and Sanford and it’s simply the best. If you’re skeptical about reviews, just believe this one. Shout out to Christian, you da man!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.
