I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.

The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I HIGHLY recommend the Vault!

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but this is one of the best dispos in NY State and the cheapest! The staff is very knowledgeable of their products, they always have great suggestions and they are super friendly they never forget a face. Will always hit this one even tho I live across the river.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Aside from having phenomenal products, the people there are mental medicine. If I could live there, I would. My experience was magical. If you need medicine and love, this is the place to go!

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.

the team is quick and friendly when helping to serve. they are there with the recommendations too! vegan edible selection is one thing that brings me back & i hear the manager is vegan but have not met her yet. let’s go more variety!

My experience with garden remedies my first experience with garden remedies was a few years ago. I was a little nervous about going into a new Dispensary, but the young gentleman helped me very nicely. He made suggestions. I had a new Medical marijuana card. It was my first experience being in this kind of a facility he made it very easy and make sure I got the proper discount with my new Medical marijuana card and offered me a card to get it punched every time I went into the store for at least four visits. It was an awesome Kind experience. It is always quite clean and atmosphere absolutely wonderful people. There are very friendly and kind always willing to go the extra mile this is always a place to make my experience with them very pleasurable. Thank you very much. been coming here for so long that I’ve got to see the growth of this place and although in the past i’ve gotten dry weed they have started sealing them with an aluminum type cover instead of the paper based covers that were sticky on the flower side. Please continue to innovate ways to keep your flower fresh so others can experience the quality of your grow team. Thank you bountiful farms

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

I had an awesome first visit to Pure Blossom! Normally, I feel a bit uneasy walking into dispensaries, but this place is different. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about helping you find what works for you. They guided me to exactly what I needed and I couldn’t resist picking up one of their cute stash bags. If you’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable dispensary experience, you should definitely check them out!!

I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.
