The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

The service I received from Thom today was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He informed me about the points, that I didn't even know I had, and how they could be used towards my purchase. I lefted there feeling great. Thom, is an asset there, and I'm truly grateful for his service. Plus, It was very nice for the Releaf Shop to give their customers, a free drink, on the hottest day of the week. I will be back. Super clean and has a great selection of products! Ricky is great with customers, he's very sweet and makes it clear that he's there to help take care of you. Haven't met others behind the desk yet, but definitely recommend the place!

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.

Mets DC was phenomenal. They had outstanding customer service and the hospitality there was out of this world. The owner was very nice to me. He attended me with nice attitude and served me with a smile on his face. The store is very clean. They offer fast weed delivery and their actual storefront is open, which is amazing nowadays in DC , I highly recommend checking out this dispensary without any disappointment 10/10

Baja Splash strain has a very fruity smell and taste. It has a nice easy draw. You ease into your high...it doesn't hit you in the head, lol. It's a very heady high. I was giggly at first then very chill. It's a nice choice for hanging out with friends. It also helped my chronic pain.
