They weren’t just helpful, they were patient, which really stood out to me. I had a few questions and they took their time explaining everything in detail. I’ve always loved this dispensary. The owner and her daughter are absolutely wonderful and the budtenders actually know what they are talking about. Every time I visit this dispensary, I leave in a much better mood. They definitely live up to their store name! I would highly recommend this dispensary to new patients and veterans alike. I have to admit, past experiences here haven’t been good. But I heard they were working on speeding things up. So I went today to give another shot and I’m glad I did. Ordered online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It’s worth the drive from Ocean City to avoid paying the prices there. Well done improvements!

The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Thank you for helping me in every way possible when I visited rise! I will definitely recommend rise to anyone!
