I had a visit from the manager Gemma and I felt incredibly valued as a patient and I appreciate her management style because whenever she is there I can tell the staff is relaxed and taking their time with patients. I was shocked and in disbelief how much time Evan M, Gemma, and Alex L took to tend to me and continue to expand on informing and educating me well after my sale was complete. They don't discriminate how your dressed or how much you spend. They will take care of you, educate you, and delight you (even on a budget).

The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

I am giving a shout out to the nicest young lady who was my cashier...her name is Haley. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in detail. The "store" itself was very clean and the entire experience from beginning to end was very informative and pleasurable. If it were possible, I would give this dispensary five stars!

Friendly staff, offers a great disability discount for those suffering the expenses of your illnesses. They have Next-Day Delivery for Medical Patients who are disabled or don't have a vehicle. AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. First time here but have plans to return very soon. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was worth the trip. Upon arrival the strain we wanted was not available and staff was able to help us find a suitable alternative. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was a quick as we wanted it to be and I didn’t feel rushed to get through even though they were busy. Atmosphere was clean, very cool and chill.

I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in! Did I mention their selection?! They have so much! I will definitely recommend this to both someone new to medical cannabis and to the experienced user.

I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Fair prices, and daily discount menu. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. Nothing but good things to say about this place and the people that own and run it.

Went to Caroline Pharma as the closest choice to me, 15 mins away. I was impressed by the security available here. As a former resident of the state of WA, where there is no security (and places would get robbed all the time) I was very comforted by the fact you had to scan ID, and a nice sturdy locked door protected by keypad (remote or push button). I felt very secure. The attendant greeted us with a smile, and confirmed it was our first time here. We had a lovely chat and then onwards into the store itself. Very quaint area, I love that there are kiosks to order straight from the website. Very, very cool. We ordered, and the prices are very reasonable. We had some questions for our budtender, and she was extremely polite and helpful in what we needed. Left with a positive experience and will definitely be visiting again!
