Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

EVERY time I go to Liberty Baltimore I have a FAB experience. From the customer service, to the products offered to convenient parking...but really the customer service is the BEST.

I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

I have lupus and have an itchy, painful, rash on the palms of my hands and haven't been able to find anything to help it HOWEVER ~ I just tried Dr. Bob's Botanicals All-In-One Relief salve for the first time, and it IS AMAZING. Initially, I was skeptical about going to Liberty Norristown. Driving is painful for me. I'm located in Spring City Pennsylvania. It's a 9.9 mile drive. Fortunately, I arrived at 10:30 AM on Sunday. Service was EXCELLENT. The staff ensured that I knew the products offered, and offered the best prices I've seen. This is my favorite dispensary in my 5 years as a patient.
