Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! Regular customer for over 2 yrs. Great service, but you won't keep the only strain I smoke is apples and bananas.Hard hitters apple and bananas is ok but more tasty terms in the regular grow.I bought 28 g of hard hitter but not satisfied.Can you keep apples and bananas in stock? Please grow this strain.Only then will I return.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.
