Very friendly and helpful staff, first ever stop as I arrived in USA as I’m a uk citizen and couldn’t make me feel any more welcome.

Knowledgeable staff and great product selection. Every person I spoke to is welcoming and eager to answer my questions.

My bud-tender Avery was professional knowledgeable personable. She also remembered me and what I prefer.

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

Pickup is very quick! I came back to browse and was ecstatic to find friendly, helpful service and a wide variety of products. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dispensary here!

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but this is one of the best dispos in NY State and the cheapest! The staff is very knowledgeable of their products, they always have great suggestions and they are super friendly they never forget a face. Will always hit this one even tho I live across the river.

This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the quality of the products really stood out. I would recommend this dispensary. The buddtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is amazing.
