You tell them the results or effects you're looking for and they get a variety of products & explain how each one can help & help weigh your odds. They started my journey into budtending and have been with me my entire career journey.. I love this company

The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. Friendly and educated atmosphere! I am new to the dispensary world and I was taught about all of the products I was interested in during my visit which made my choosing process easier. Also the store has a wide variety of products. Glad to see Greenwood, MS expanding!

Love Star Buds! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They took their time walking me through everything, and that’s how I ended up trying the Kush Mints from Rock River Ranch. Absolute home run. I’ll definitely be picking it up again. Really appreciate how helpful everyone was!

They always have awesome free swag, deals, and little extras going on, which makes it even better. The atmosphere is clean, chill, and just overall good vibes every visit. On top of that, the product quality is consistently amazing and the staff always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. Easily one of the best dispensaries around — great people, great products, and they always make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend.

The staff and the quality of the products are outstanding at Best Bud+ in Kosciusko. The staff takes time, listen and truly help their customers. They consistently provide great customer care and I appreciate that. I’m on a fixed income and they offer discounts. The budtenders and the manager are fantastic and truly care. And we all need that in this world.

This is the only place you can go in and they know most the customers by name. Once you go in you will be back because the customer service goes above and beyond.
