I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. I work retail and it takes alot of talent to deal with people's moods at times. So overall, this is my store and i refer it to anyone who will listen. Thank you friends. Love ya all Karen

John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. They knew what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions as well as set me up with some awesome accessories. What a cool place! Parking was easy along the street!
