As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.

Sessions at Red Hill, is one of the few locations you can find in Hamilton that has best staff who are knowledgeable, great personalities and a welcoming atmosphere. The products that they carry are one of the best ones I have seen and tried. They definitely getting you nice toasty depending what your crave for whether its Sativa or Indica. Made my visit to spiritleaf Oshawa today. I love going to this store. Owen and Chloe were working today . As soon as I walked in they went to the back to get my order. I can’t describe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are here. I missed Coco the dog. It really feels like going home here when the owner and pets are there. I love the laughter and fun the staff have at their job.
