The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and best dispensary I’ve ever been too. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are nothing short of amazing. Truly a kind, and caring bunch who always ask how we are doing, asks how my family is doing, and it’s genuine. The products and prices are good, and I’ve never been disappointed. This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

Jessica is friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of cannabis. They have friendly staff it makes me happy to go in here to see what new products they have. My go to are dabs on Thursday house dabs are 50% off best price in town.

We've been going here for years and love High Lakes dispensary! I like to shop around for the best products and prices and I keep coming back here for most of my Cannabis needs. Very competitive prices and top notch heady clean extracts! Service is always friendly and on point. I usually take awhile to figure out what I need and they never rush me, even when just browsing. OG is my favorite dispensary in aaaall of Eugene. I always get quality products at great prices. But the thing that brings me back is the people. If you have questions about anything ask Sahalie.
