Dispensaries open now in Central Point, Oregon

Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. They made my experience such a pleasure. Ashley really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to US Bloom Collective! I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

Absolutely love the way they have the entrance to this place set up. They are very secure, and they take their jobs very seriously. The staff was amiable, and welcoming. I will be returning to this store, and others could learn a thing or 2 about customer service.

This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!
