I love this place, I have tried many other places, cookie has the best deals and always has what I want. Always friendly and helpful and very clean. When I walk in. The people that work there, make you feel welcome. Answer all your questions.. just love it.. I have Severe Anxiety, The medication the doctor put me on. Messed me up. I wasn’t myself, so many side effects. So a friend told me about cookie, they helped me, I feel so so much. I’m off the medication the doctor put me on. I only go to cookie to get my medicine. It’s helps me more the. Any medication the doctor recommends.. cookies is the best..

I was in on Mother's Day and was helped by someone named Alyssa (shorter person with short hair) ...AMAZING service. They were so kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. That's the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. 10/10 give this person a RAISE

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

The guys and gals at m thrive do well in taking care of their customers, locals and tourists alike. I'm in frequently and they always do what they can to accommodate my wishes and those around me any time I've ever been in. Never had a bad experience here. And they stay stocked better than the local grocery store does. All in all, fantastic local dispensary that I'm more than happy to take my business to, even if they developed local competitors it would take a lot to pull my business away. Very grateful to the hard working budtenders here.

They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.

Ignore my ratings on service because I couldn’t end up going in, I am a med patient and can only go in medical dispos because of my age. Not their fault at all but Leafly lists them as med and rec, they are ONLY rec.

This dumb out-of-state newbie to legal cannabis (from a very anti-cannabis state) very much enjoyed their very first visit to a dispensary! I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted before I got in, but the ladies who helped my local friends and I were very helpful, chill and gave personal recommendations. I would very happily visit again!

Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

These folks know their stuff *and* they genuinely care about the people who come in. The specials are good and they always return phone calls. I feel welcome and respected there. Warm atmosphere.

Amazing staff friendly on the phone knowledgeable about products … if your like me & have a heavy tolerance or you want to find the max effects that can be achieved from cannabis definitely try the rso syringes … for $18 this stuff is what put medical mj on the map! I’ve been going to Canna Junction now for two years, I moved to Susanville in July of 2022 and the first time I went I actually walk there I lived on 4th street at the time ( just a few blocks from the now closed Rite-Aid. It was a long but productive walk, I walked over 10,000 steps that day. I’ve never been treated wrong in fact it’s just the opposite, I always have a smile on my face and a cheerful attitude, sure I’ve had times where they didn’t have any of my preference of choice, I’m a big fan of the ABX for my vape, I just get another brand instead because I don’t live on 4th street anymore and I don’t drive. My SIL takes me now and I get enough to last me a month. The staff has been nothing but kind, courteous, supportive, helpful, humble and honest people.

This store has a huge selection of just about everything one could want or need. The guy working was super friendly and helpful. Store was really tidy and well displayed too. Awesome spot in a cool town.
