Love the selection and prices on concentrates especially the shatter and thca isolate, great prices on carts, love the vibe and the knowledgeable budetenders...talking to them feels like talking to a real stoner who is actually passionate about weed(sadly this is getting to be a rare trait among budtenders)...great variety of pretty good flower but their flower is their weak spot...sure there's a huge variety to choose from but a lot of it looks the same and it seems like theres a ceiling for flower quality that they cant seem to get past...its not bad and is better than a number of places but when it comes to flower pricing and quality it falls behind Bloom and Herbana

Mark is amazing. He meets you where you are, attending to what you need, not what products he’s trying push out the door. He’s everything you want in an owner, if you want to learn about the product and the bioscience behind it. I cannot recommend Herbal Solutions any higher… LOL.

Jason is the best. The staff is so great, every time I go I feel like home. Very helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I really enjoy this dispensary.

One of the best local shops in the NC area, if you ask me. Very informative and friendly people--and consistently good bud! I've yet to use the lounge, but I'm looking forward to the day where I can get a good gang of friends around for a good sesh. Thank you for all your hard work and services! This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

I forgot all about this local gem. The place has a different setup but business as usual it was just an ID check before entering. It was great selection and just a lot to take in. The absolute best bang for your buck. They have everything you could possibly need. Flower, edibles, drinks, concentrates, disposables, cartridges, and so much more. They are a one stop shop for all your stoner needs.

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

I love this place! The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love going in and talking to them and asking for their recommendations. The price and quality of the products have never disappointed me in the slightest! I most frequently find myself grabbing their prerolls and edibles and love it when the rewards system gets me a $5 off!
