Russel, and the other staff here too are really great people, and excellent bud tenders! I can walk in with a budget and they give me a great deal to fill it. You can be totally honest about what you want from your high and they’ll hook you up. I’m a really big fan of their indicas and hybrids. The place is a little inconvenient to pull into, but if you’re walking from the bus stop you’ll have a short trip. I’m a long term customer and never had a real complaint, ever! They deserve a little raise. ;)

Been a patient for a little bit now and today you have saved my life the strain I use for eating you guys don’t usually have because of its high demand so usually I hold onto it so I don’t get sick I ran out yesterday and I was so worried thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get to eat for a while but then I come in to get my meds and you guys ave me yet again! Had the strain and all. I’m in tears right now while I eat this ham sandwich thank you guys again for saving me from hunger!

By far the best customer service and products in colorado. The customer service is beyond top notch ryan is the man he always asks how im feeling and what I want to feel from all products from lotion to edibles. The team there never fail to amaze me and they even have dog treats. Myself personally with all my medical issues their team at moutain annies in all locations are beyond knowledgeable and give feedback and listen. I always recommend going here

The other reviewer must work for a competitor, because SW is the best dispensary in town. $15 8ths can't be beat, the selection is great, the strains are premium, and the employees are fantastic (especially Camyelle!). They also have good sales and promotions. Can't recommend it enough!

The owner took my request a d spent some real effort getting exactly what I wanted. Also one bud tender Kyle actually pulled 4 bucks out of his tip jar to help me with an order once. Great people and actually fucking listen to a customer. Love you guys

The store is very clean and provides a wide selection of products. The staff always provides a friendly greeting and is happy to answer any questions.

We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. This was my first ever visit to a dispencery and I couldn't be happier that it was with CG. The customer service was outstanding! The budtenders Kayla and Corrine were knowledgeable, kind, and fast. They answered my questions and gave great recommendations. On top of that you get a free gram and journal on your first visit.
