These folks are great. I just made my third 840-mile round-trip to shop exactly here, in this very shop, in this "tiny place out somewhere." It's worth it to me. And I've found a few other spots in and around town that I like to hit for food and entertainment. They were my first non-street buy, as I live in a place where everything still is outlawed, and I needed medical. Michigan had recently gone rec. I spent months exploring options and laws in surrounding states. Lots of cold-calling on the phone after that. These folks were different from the moment they answered the phone. There's a "main store," across the state, in Niles. Haven't been there, so I can't say how they compare. I chose the Chesaning shop. They aren't in a surrounding state. Hell, they're almost in another country, but I'll keep coming back.

First I want to start off by recognizing Kevin and Marco for their AMAZING customer service! They were very informative, helpful, and very patient as I asked a bunch of questions (lol). They have an incredible deal for new patients where if you spend $20 you get $15 taken off your order, so therefore that means you can go in and spend $20 and only end up paying $5!! That’s the BEST deal I’ve seen yet! Great selections on flower and very reasonable pricing, some prices on flower are as low as $8 a gram! You can’t beat that price! Best prices in town & quite possibly the best prices in the state of Michigan. The wax is also an amazing price as low as $25 a gram. Edibles are also amazing prices as low as $7. If you want great prices, great product & a great experience then come here as it’s the best dispensary in Michigan, in my opinion! Thank you Kevin and Marco!!

Finally!!! A medical here in Monroe!!! Awesome prices and huge selection for both medical and recreational. Excellent flower I bought. Alexa was great, loved her personality! Shop shop shop here you’ll not be disappointed!

Moe took the time to explain to my wife what the difference in brand, strand, and potency of edibles for the health issues she is dealing with. Drake is also just as knowledgeable in the products and has never steered me wrong in what my wife and I buy. This is probably the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was!
