Dispensaries with veteran discounts in Knoxville, Tennessee

I am a disabled Veteran with degenerative back, hips and knee issues. The ONLY relief I have found to be able to function daily is Animal Face and Brownie Scout from Rise here in VA or MD (Rhythm or Dharma Pharmaceuticals). My particular situation is unique in that I am considered a "high metabolizer" and lower level opioids that are generally prescribed for pain are completely useless in my system. I didn't even know that was a thing until my degenerative problems have gotten where they are. I saw in a previous review that someone addressed the price and strength of Rise's flower. For all who don't know that is finalized by boards at the state level and is beyond the control of any dispensary in the State of VA. Hopefully things will be different soon. And yes, the flower is occasionally dry, but in my fragile state this is still what I need to be upright everyday. I always put my flower in an airtight jar with a bovida bag anyway. I will continue to shop at Rise regularly and I encourage patients who deal with pain on a daily basis give Rise a shot. You don't know what you are missing!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Anjel took the time to find out what I was looking for, then gave me options with explanations. The space is welcoming and in a safe area.

Hey guys, if you want variety to get you’re meds I highly recommend HWC and Theory wellness. Theory wellness is a much newer one and was opened less than a year ago, they have great inventory and always have new shit on top of having the shit I usually like, like gorilla glue live rosin or GDP live budder. Red mints/Peanut butter mac/london pound cake are the best strains I’ve found there, anytime I see those strains i immediately wanna get them. I recommend everyone check it out at least once, it’s over off of sullivant next to a gas station.

Thankyou to Erin for finding me find products that helped deal with body pain. I wasn't sure at first if they have parking but they have parking in the back and across the street. Everyone that works here makes me feel welcome and they are very attentive, It makes me look forward to coming in to shop!

any comments from people who are wanting to get in & out quickly seem to be associated with the medical patients who smoke their medication. every news story we see about how cannabis doesn't do anything for health is based on the common idea that smoking cannabis is the best way to consume it for medicinal purposes. the non-program doctors are hanging us all with this nonsense. because the most common use is smoking & we live in a democracy, doctors can safely say that using cannabis will do nothing for human health. in reality, they should be required to add one word. smoking cannabis has no medical benefits or harms. all the compounds in cannabis have a very low burning temperature & freebasing is the best way to destroy all the beneficial components of any plant. harvest of columbus is a family run business & that is the difference among all the other money changers & big pharm liars trying to transition safely, if it ever happens, to a cannabis based medical system. the people at harvest are the most real out of all the liars, cheaters & thieves that only give the accurate information facilitating a sale that benefits the individual bud tender. the bud tenders are medical professionals & pharmacy qualified. i expect more, ethically, from bud tenders as they are pharmacy representatives. the name dispensary should be reserved for only the recreational market. if a state has both recreational & medical the term for a pharmacy should be a pharmacy for medical cannabis. it's only right considering the state of ohio board of pharmacy is on the cards we print out. good job by harvest of columbus for being honest, ethical & knowledgeable. their understanding of terpenes is specifically impressive to me.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. This dispensary is a hidden gem… I recently bought the speciality item Lobster Butter. LOVE IT !! I always shop here the owner Keith is usually there he has an extensive selection of CBD & THCA products! Definitely stop by !!!

This is a very professional business. Melissa(I believe) took her time with me and went over all the products that I was interested in. She is very knowledgeable. I bought some flower and lemon cbd laffy taffy. I could eat a pound of the laffy taffy which has a very deep relaxing affect.

This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

This is the most friendly group of budtenders. They answer your questions about what is best for your ailments. Prices are super fair. And products are spot on.
