I had such a great experience at this dispensary! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They weren’t just helpful, they were patient, which really stood out to me. I had a few questions and they took their time explaining everything in detail. You can tell they’re truly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It made me feel confident in what I was purchasing and comfortable throughout the process. I ended up choosing the Buenos Dias – Chili Watermelon Gummies on their recommendation, and they did not disappoint!

Arborside is definitely now my #1 goto dispensary in Ann Arbor. You’re not a customer when you’re at Arborside you’re family. Request Adam to be your bud tender, super kind, knowledgeable and is one of the best BTs in the country. Great house deals, early bird specials, and customer service.

They always have amazing deals. It’s definitely worth the drive (I pass a lot of other stores going there, but they are worth it!)

the staff is absolutely wonderful they know me by name they know what I like all I have to do is say what kind of mood I'm in and they have exactly what I want and it works every time! now because they are a smaller establishment they're pretty rules aren't as much as I would like to see! the company runs smooth the bartenders know what they're talking about it's just a great atmosphere 10 out of 10 highly recommend one of the only places I shop at and there are plenty in my town just saying

I didn’t enjoy my visit waited a long time the security is not friendly not the same vibe as before will have to look for a friendly atmosphere since they sold not good customer service condescending

What did I like about my visit? Everything! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store has a very respectable selection of quality flower at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.

Wow! The building is so nice, amazing setup inside, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, all in all this was one of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! First impression, lobby is welcoming and open space unlike most lobbies, they have someone escort you and ask you what you are looking for vs the traditional walk in and fend for yourself route. They have this amazing selfie wall and the displays gives Kay jewelers vibes but over all clean and fair prices in every categories.

Alana at the front desk is my girl. Keeps a get "vibe" while you wait.
